in 1830, our lovingly restored cape style home has
three spacious guest rooms, all with their own
private baths.
Our guests find the atmosphere warm and inviting,

goodies served in our cozy gathering room.
Nestled in Historic
Milton Village, we are 25 minutes north of
Burlington,
a half hour
south of St. Albans, and 90 minutes from Montreal.
We are just off
US Route 7, 5.6 miles north of Exit 17 and 4 miles
south of Exit 18 off Interstate 89.
Turn off River
Street (Route 7) at the caution light, at the base
of the Main Street "T" intersection.
Come up the
hill, we are the 4th house on the left. Park in
the rear, and feel free to come in the back door.
Using the Sampler House B & B as
their base of operations, our visitors enjoy
Vermont's beautiful countryside
including our
exquisite foliage season. Nearby lakes accommodate
recreation including fishing, boating,
sunning, and
swimming. Area resorts offer skiing, and gondola
rides. Major attractions and events are close by.
